Who this is for

If you bought as a consumer in the EU, EEA or the UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. That right is yours by law. Nothing in our own policies takes it away, and you never need our permission to use it.

The 14 days run from the day you — or someone you asked to take delivery — physically receive the goods. For an order delivered in several parts, they run from the last part. For a digital download, see the note further down.

Two things this form does not cover

A commissioned portrait of your own pet. That is made to your own specification from your own photograph, so the 14-day right does not apply once we have started work. You are told this before you order and asked to acknowledge it.
A digital download you have already agreed to receive immediately. At checkout you are asked to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that it ends the 14-day right for that file. If you did not tick that box, or the file has not been made available to you yet, the right still stands — use this form.

Neither exception touches your rights if something is actually wrong with what arrived. Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered is always our problem to fix — see Returns & Refunds.

Nothing happened when you pressed that? Do not wait — email happypaws.company2026@gmail.com saying you withdraw from your order, and quote the order number. That is legally just as good, and the date your email is sent is the date that counts.

If you would rather write to us yourself

You do not have to use this form. A clear statement by any means is enough — an email to happypaws.company2026@gmail.com saying you are withdrawing will do, as long as it reaches us inside the 14 days. The law also entitles you to a standard form, so here it is; copy it if it is useful, ignore it if it is not.
