Sable & Ochre is a small studio in Sweden. Every portrait in the collection is painted, reviewed and released by hand before it is offered for sale, and the same person who chose the piece you are asking about will be the one who answers you.

There is no ticket number and no chatbot. Write in your own words, tell us the order number if you have one, and we will sort it out.

Email happypaws.company2026@gmail.com. We read it every working day. We do not have a phone line — a one-person studio cannot answer a phone and paint at the same time, and email leaves both of us a written record.

When to expect an answer

• General questions — within two working days.
• A damaged or wrong delivery — within two working days, and we reprint at our cost.
• A withdrawal under the 14-day right — acknowledged without undue delay; refund within 14 days of the goods coming back or your proof of postage.

We are based in Sweden and keep Swedish working hours and public holidays, so a message sent late on a Friday is usually answered on Monday.
