When to expect an answer

• General questions: within two working days.
• A damaged or wrong delivery: within two working days, and we reprint at our cost.
• A withdrawal under the 14-day right: acknowledged without undue delay; refund within 14 days of the goods coming back or your proof of postage.

We are based in Sweden and keep Swedish working hours and public holidays, so a message sent late on a Friday is usually answered on Monday.
